DISPATCH
No orders will be dispatched until payment has cleared and we will only post to the address on your Paypal payment.
All items listed are in stock and available for immediate dispatch
Orders will be dispatched Monday through Friday.
Payments cleared before 12 Noon will Normally be dispatched same day.
PLEASE NOTE WE WILL ONLY POST TO THE ADDRESS ON YOUR PAYPAL PAYMENT!
Payments cleared after 12 Noon will be dispatched on the following business day. We DO NOT post at weekends.
Please ensure that you choose the appropriate postage method as although Second Class post is cheaper, it will take longer to arrive than First Class.
You will be notified when your order has been dispatched.
RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase, however if you find that the item is unsuitable for your needs then we operate a 7 day money back guarantee so long as:

Goods are returned to us with original packaging.
Returns are packaged securely to avoid damage in post.
On the safe return of the goods the purchase price will be refunded. Return postage costs will need to be covered by the buyer.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Every effort is taken to ensure your order reaches you in top condition, however if an item is received that is damaged then please contact us upon receipt.
All refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned damaged item.
